*Ingredients:*


- 2 large potatoes, cooked and mashed

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons butter, softened

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


*Instructions:*


1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Shape into balls (about 1-inch diameter).

3. Dip each ball into beaten egg and then coat with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
