Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

*Ingredients:*


- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/3 cup butter, divided

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute.

3. Add shrimp; cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4. Remove shrimp; set aside.

5. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika to skillet.

6. Stir until sauce is smooth.

7. Return shrimp to skillet; toss to coat.

8. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

9. Serve immediately.
