- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. **Cook the Steak Bites:**
- Season the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes without stirring to get a nice crust.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned.
