BBQ Chicken Wings & Cheeseburger Platter .
Ingredients:
For the BBQ Chicken Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheeseburgers:
1 lb ground beef
4 burger buns
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices (optional toppings)
Directions:
Prepare the BBQ Chicken Wings:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl.
Remove wings from the oven, brush generously with the BBQ sauce mixture, and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
Prepare the Cheeseburgers:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into four equal patties.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion slices, and your preferred condiments.
Serve the BBQ chicken wings and cheeseburgers on a large platter with sides like coleslaw, fries, or potato salad for a complete meal.
