Ingredients:


- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 large onion, sliced

- 2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cooked rice or noodles for serving


Instructions:


1. Marinate steak in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and ginger for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

3. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

4. Add more oil if needed, then add onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender-crisp.

5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

6. Return steak to wok and stir-fry until combined with vegetables.
