Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1/2 cup beef broth

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp ginger powder

- 8 oz dried egg noodles

Instructions:

1. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.  Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Cook the noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

3. Stir-fry the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. Stir-fry the vegetables: Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.

5. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

6. Combine everything: Return the beef to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

7. Add the noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

8. Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Tips and Variations:

- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.

- You can substitute other vegetables, such as carrots, snow peas, or mushrooms.

- If you don't have beef broth, you can use chicken broth or water instead.

- For a thicker sauce, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the sauce mixture.
